Seats Incorporated is seeking reliable, team-oriented individuals to join our team in Spring Hill, KS. The shifts available are as follows:
1st shift: 5:00am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday with overtime possible on Friday.
2nd shift: 3:45pm-2:15am Monday through Thursday with overtime possible on Friday.
Weekend shift: 6:00am-6:00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Responsibilities Include (Depending on the job):

• Place parts in specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples glues/cements.
• Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions.
• Must be flexible in work assignments.
• Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
• Prep, clean, and de-mold foam from foam molds.
• Trim flash foam molded foam parts.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to navigate computer systems to look up written work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production tables.
• Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, depending on the job.
• Must be able to stand 10 to 12 hours per day.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $19.00-20.50 per hour. There is an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $22.50-24.00 per hour, depending on shift. There is additional performance bonus potential of $1.00 per hour.
